The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) has announced plans to host a series of seminars and exhibitions, aimed at exploring the latest developments in the CCTV sector.

The BSIA is the trade association representing the UK’s private security industry, including a large number of CCTV manufacturers and installers. CCTV Surveillance Ltd.‘s parent company, Tensor PLC, as a market leader in the field of digital CCTV cameras and recording surveillance systems installations and maintenance, is also a valued member of the BSIA.

Beside allowing security installers, consultants and experts to get accustomed to the latest innovations in this field, BSIA’s seminars will also enable participants to learn about the Government’s new Code of Practice from representatives of the Home Office.

Furthermore, an exhibition will also enable delegates to meet with a number of manufacturers and see products on display.

BSIA CCTV Section Chairman, Simon Adcock, comments: “This event represents a fantastic opportunity for anyone with an interest in CCTV to catch up on the latest trends and developments in technology, with presentations covering topics as wide-ranging as transmission, recording and control to energy saving, lighting and remote monitoring.”

“With time set aside for questions and answers, delegates will benefit from individual advice from industry experts and Government representatives, and I look forward to sharing the broad knowledge and best practice of BSIA members with the wider CCTV community.”
