CCTV footage of the moment when two raiders robbed the Nationwide building society in Park Parade, Havant, and stole £50,000 cash, were shown as part of their trial at Winchester Crown Court, a news report in the local media has revealed.

The daring raid was carried out back in November 25, 2011, with the armed robbers managing to flee the scene in just a couple of minutes.

The court has now heard Andrew Smith, 27, Richard Loveridge, 28, and Stuart Last, 29, stole a total of £550,000 of cash, cars and goods in a string of burglaries and armed robberies.
